Rewritten: We stayed here for one night and enjoyed it enough to want to return, as the location in the historic area near the lake was convenient and pleasant.

The location was perfect, as it was very near the city center. The staff provided excellent service and showed great hospitality. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace and patio were lovely additions, and we enjoyed relaxing there. The free toiletries and electric kettle were nice touches. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury. We also appreciated the dining options available.

Heating not working effectively.

Stayed over Xmas and enjoyed the holiday atmosphere in the hotel. Location was convenient for walking around the town. Room was clean and well decorated. Had a mini-fridge in the room for keeping our drinks cold. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find on arrival, and parking can be tricky. Due to high season, there were lots of tourists in the town, making it crowded.

Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a pleasant balcony and views of the scented courtyard. the breakfast spread was diverse and filling. the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging the return of a forgotten item. We enjoyed the free parking and high-pressure shower in the lovely bathroom.

Inconvenient parking made it difficult to locate the hotel, we had to ask for directions.
